Terms of Service — Scalable Sourcing® Recruiter Marketplace

1. About Scalable Sourcing

Scalable Sourcing® ("we," "us," or "our") is a recruiter marketplace that connects employers with independent recruiters who share job opportunities with their professional LinkedIn network and groups. We operate at scalablesourcing.com and can be contacted at mgardner@scalablesourcing.com.

By accessing or using our platform — whether as an employer posting a job or a recruiter applying to join our network — you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Terms for Employers

Our Service Guarantee

Every job post is assigned to a vetted recruiter with 500+ LinkedIn connections and shared on their LinkedIn profile and groups within 24 hours of payment — guaranteed.

Job Posting Fee

Employers pay a flat fee of $149 per job post. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize Scalable Sourcing to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.

No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate nature of our service — recruiter assignment and professional network sharing begins as soon as payment is received — all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed. If you have questions or concerns about your posting please contact us at mgardner@scalablesourcing.com before completing payment.

Employer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and truthful job details in your submission
Job postings must be for real, legitimate open positions
You must provide a valid application link or email for candidates
Job content must comply with all applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
Scalable Sourcing reserves the right to decline or remove job posts that violate these terms

What We Deliver

Your job will be shared with a recruiter's LinkedIn network within 24 hours of acceptance
Where applicable, your job will be posted to relevant LinkedIn groups
You will receive LinkedIn analytics showing post performance
Candidates will apply directly to you using the link you provided

What We Don't Guarantee

While we guarantee your job will be posted to LinkedIn by a vetted recruiter, we cannot guarantee a specific number of applicants, views, or a successful hire. Results vary based on role type, location, salary, and market conditions.

3. Terms for Recruiters

Recruiter Agreement

By applying to join and being approved as a Scalable Sourcing recruiter, you agree to these recruiter-specific terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Eligibility Requirements

You must have a minimum of 500+ LinkedIn connections at the time of application and maintain this throughout your membership
You must have an active, professional LinkedIn profile
You must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your jurisdiction

Posting Commitment

Once you accept a job assignment you must post it to your LinkedIn profile within 24 hours
Your post must include the employer's application link
Posts must be professional and accurately represent the job opportunity
You must submit proof of posting including screenshots and LinkedIn analytics
Failure to post within 24 hours may result in removal from the platform

Earnings and Payouts

Recruiters earn $75 per verified job post
Payment is processed after proof of posting has been reviewed and verified by Scalable Sourcing
Payouts are sent via Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App as specified in your proof submission
Scalable Sourcing reserves the right to withhold payment if proof is found to be fraudulent or inaccurate
Payment is typically processed within 1–2 business days of verification

Platform Compliance

Recruiters are responsible for ensuring their LinkedIn activity remains organic and professional and complies with all applicable third-party platform terms of service. Scalable Sourcing is not liable for any restrictions, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms on recruiter accounts. All posting must be done manually and naturally — no automation, bots, or scraping tools are permitted.

Independent Contractor Status

Recruiters on the Scalable Sourcing platform are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings. Scalable Sourcing does not withhold taxes on recruiter payments.

4. General Terms

Prohibited Uses

Posting false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
Submitting fraudulent proof of posting
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempting to circumvent our payment system
Harassing or abusing other users of the platform

Intellectual Property

Scalable Sourcing® is a registered trademark. All content on this website including design, copy, and graphics is the property of Scalable Sourcing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Scalable Sourcing's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation.
